    Frequently Asked Questions

    How do I get started?

    Click the “Register” on the main menu (or click here) to sign up for your new membership.  Enter your name, email, and create a password.  Choose a membership level (2-4 people or 5-8 people) and continue to the payment section.  You’ll be billed automatically each month for your subscription and you can cancel at any time!

    How do I use my meal plans?

    After logging in, click “Your Meal Plans” in the menu to show the currently available meal plans.  Select a week to view all of the recipes.  Simply click “ADD ALL TO LIST” or scroll down and select individual recipes.  Once you have selected your recipes, click “PRINT MEAL PLAN AND RECIPES” or “PRINT GROCERY SHOPPING LIST” to print your customized plan.  Each of the above is also available in PDF format for you to download.

    How will I know when new recipes are available?

    You will receive an email when a new meal plan is published.  Just click the link in the email to go right to the latest recipes and enjoy!

    How do I cancel my account?

    We hate to see you go but canceling your membership is very easy.  On the main menu, click “Your Membership” (or click here) and then in the “Actions” column of your membership click “Cancel your subscription”.  Your membership will continue through the end of the current subscription period.  Of course you can come back and re-start your membership at any time…just log in and register for a new membership!

    How do I change my meal plan subscription?

    If you would like to change your meal plan level, click on “Your Membership” on the main menu (or click here) and then click “Upgrade or change your subscription” in the “Actions” column of your membership.  On the next screen confirm your changes and click “Register”.  That’s it!!

    HELP!! I forgot my password!

    Don’t worry! You can reset your password at any time.  Just go to the log in page and click the “Lost your password?” link or simply click here.  You’ll receive an email with a special link to update your password.  If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your junk mail folder just in case.  If all else fails, you can use the contact form on this page and we’ll give you a hand.
